Léa, a student in Le Havre, takes care of her grandmother who requires constant attention, and works as a waitress to make ends meet. But when she is accepted at a prestigious school in Paris, she must make decisions. In order to pay her way through school, she becomes a stripper.
Moving from the town of Le Havre to the city of Paris, and one class to another, Léa is a character study with a sly, clever set-up: a close-up on a young woman who resorts to a career in stripping to bankroll her studies. A debut feature from Bruno Rolland, co-written with lead actor Anne Azoulay.
