On Christmas Eve in northern Finland, an archaeological excavation uncovers the real Santa Claus. However, this Santa isn’t the jolly figure you want coming to town. When local children start vanishing, Pietari and his father capture Santa and attempt to sell him to the corporate sponsor of the dig.
There’s nothing like seeing Santa Claus to ignite the festive spirit. Unless, of course, he’s the child-devouring demon of Nordic legend. Paying tribute to the glory days of Joe Dante and Steven Spielberg, this Grimm-inspired adventure serves up an impish blend of yuletide thrills and chills.
