Artist Anna Odell was bullied in school. Twenty years later, she finds out she was not invited to the reunion party. She therefore makes a film reconstructing the party, in which she tells everything she has wanted to tell her former classmates. She then attempts to meet them to show them the film.
With a tour-de-force concept involving fictional re-enactments and real revelations from her past, artist Anna Odell points her finger at bullying, group dynamics, and social structures. Much discomfort ensues, while raising a fascinating question: is fiction the best way to get to the truth?
