After the death of his wife, warlord Tin-tao turns evil and fearsomely reigns over a town with the help of his sadistic son. Four victims of Tin-tao’s rage—all physically disabled by his punishments—seek the help of a wise kung fu master as they train to eliminate the tyrant for good.
